Shipping Policy

We can’t wait for you to receive your Tasteful Girl pieces ✨ Please read below for everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and responsibility.


Processing Times

Because our pieces are handmade with love, processing times vary by item type:

  • Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be cut, sewn, and prepared for shipment. During high-volume drops, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Tasteful Girl is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided:

  • Tasteful Girl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • We do not replace or refund orders lost or stolen after delivery

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the shipping provider


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address are not eligible for refund or replacement

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees


Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or address issues:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Reshipping fees will apply


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Import fees

  • Any delays caused by customs

Tasteful Girl is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs.
